I'm fundraising for...

Wednesday 19th Feb
Our beloved husband and father Warwick’s heroic struggle against a rare cancer, metatasised renal liposarcoma ended in the early hours of last Sunday morning (28 February 2021). It had been a four-month brutal battle that drained every ounce of energy and strength. Doctors tried many treatments to slow its progress and give him and us more precious time together. He fought it to the end and on several occasions told his oncologist that if there were any studies, he would be a willing participant. Unfortunately cancers accounting for very small numbers attract little research funding. But when they strike, their impacts on patients and loved ones are devastating. Warwick was a person who always gave to the community. In his memory, we invite people to continue Warwick’s work and donate to this fund. We must continue to support the fight against this insidious disease in whatever form it takes. Thank you in anticipation of your support.
