Wednesday 19th Feb This Mother’s Day is a reflection of mixed emotions for me. As a mother of two wonderful children, I cherish every moment and embrace the joys and challenges of parenting. However, this day also resonates with the memory of my own mother, whose absence is profoundly felt. Her strength and love continue to guide and inspire me. Every year, I honor my mother's memory by pushing my limits in new and challenging ways. This year, to celebrate what would have been her birthday in August, I am taking on the Goggins Challenge—running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. This grueling test of endurance is not just a physical challenge, but a tribute to her loving spirit. I'm dedicating this effort to raise awareness and funds for Rare Cancers Australia, a cause close to my heart.
