Cholangiocarcinoma or bile duct cancer is one of Australia's rarest cancers and as such has very little funding or research into treatments.
Our beautiful dad received the devestasting cancer diagnosis on 1st July 2021. Despite multiple surgery's and chemo, dad lost his battle only 4 months later on 9th November 2021.
Phil put up one hell of a fight and leaves behind his beloved wife Jackie, daughters Rachel and Michele, son in laws Brad and Matt and his much adored grandchildren Madison, Scarlett, Jordan and Grace.
If we can raise money for research and improved treatment options, hopefully one day cholangiocarcinoma will not be a death sentence.
